Weimuse IT Services Pvt Ltd provides information and tools related to Utility Bill Payment and Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) for retailers and agent networks. Live payment services are available only to onboarded users under separate commercial agreements and applicable regulations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. Agents and distributors must complete KYC and onboarding as required before processing transactions.

4. Website use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse engineer the site
• Do not submit false or misleading information via forms
• Content on this site is for general information unless a separate agreement says otherwise

5. Services (Bill Pay & DMT)

Where you are an authorised agent:

• You are responsible for collecting correct customer details and funds
• Transactions may be subject to limits, OTPs, bank/biller availability, and network rules
• Fees and commissions will be disclosed in the agent agreement or console
• Failed, pending, or reversed transactions follow partner and regulatory processes

6. Wallets and settlements

Wallet balances, holds, and settlements depend on your commercial terms. Weimuse IT Services Pvt Ltd is not liable for delays caused by banks, billers, telecom providers, or force majeure events.

7. Intellectual property

All branding, design, text, and software related to Weimuse IT Services Pvt Ltd remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content is error-free. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of regulated payment services until formal onboarding is complete.

9. Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless your agreement states otherwise.
